Three Window Treatments That Bring Exclusive Designer Styles To Your Home

We love presenting our clients with the exclusive Hunter Douglas fabrics from the Featured Artist Series, which highlights the talents of textile artists in dozens of fabrics on three beautiful window treatment styles.
The inaugural designer in the Featured Artist Series from Hunter Douglas is Rebecca Atwood. Her fabrics draw inspiration from her childhood in Cape Cod and her home in Brooklyn, which she blends with an interest in watercolors and traditional fabric techniques for feel-good designs full of joyful energy. Artist Marcie Bronkar’s collaboration with Hunter Douglas is a modern interpretation of historical artwork and designs; her embroidered Grand Fleur fabric takes inspiration from delicate 17th century Venetian shawls, for example. The third Featured Artist, Seema Krish, infuses global influences into fabrics created with a blend of handcrafting and modern techniques.
Each artist has created a collection of unique designs that are exclusively available on Design StudioTM products from Hunter Douglas. Their stunning creations are full of energy, color, and textures that will highlight the personality of your home. Design StudioTM fabrics, including those from the Featured Artist Series, are available in three styles: roller shades, roman shades, and drapery. The minimalist profile of DesignStudio TM Roller Shades is the perfect canvas to display a fabric from the Featured Artist Series. Fabrics are available in opaque and semi-opaque options, depending on the selection, and rollers are available in standard forward rolls and reverse rolls.
- Try Design StudioTM Roller Shades with the bold, abstract floral pattern of Seema Krish’s Floret fabric, which was inspired by traditional Japanese fabric techniques.
Choose between the equally beautiful Batten Front, Batten Back, and Flat styles for your Design StudioTM Roman Shades. For additional light control and insulation, a light-filtering or room-darkeing liner is available. Finish off your look with 8”, 12”, or 16” flat valance.
